Payment
We accept cash or Venmo at the market stand. A secure cash box and our Venmo QR code are always available for your convenience. All payments are due at the time of purchase, and pricing is clearly listed on the chalkboard menu.
Pre-Orders & Pickups
- Place pre-orders on HotPlate by Thursday at noon for Sunday market pickup.
- Orders not picked up by 5 PM on market day may be donated or resold; refunds are not available.
- If you are running late, please send us a quick message so we can plan accordingly.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Because each item is handmade, all sales are final.
- If there is ever an issue with your order—quality concerns or missing items—contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
- Returns are not accepted on perishable goods.
Allergens & Ingredients
- All products are made in our home kitchen, which is not inspected by the health department.
- Common allergens present include wheat, eggs, dairy, shellfish, and nuts.
- We are happy to discuss ingredients and help you choose items that suit your family’s needs.
- Foods are made with nutrient-dense ingredients—no dyes, no folic acid. Apothecary goods use organic herbs, and home products feature pure beeswax and distilled essential oils.
Custom Orders
- Reserve custom cakes, treats, or speciality orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking; final payment is due two weeks before pickup.
- Date changes are accommodated based on availability—reach out as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship select non-perishable products such as herbal teas, apothecary items, and merchandise.
- Perishable baked goods are available for local pickup only.
- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Tracking details are emailed once your order is on the way.
Website Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are small-batch and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and share a photo so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Custom order adjustments are best made one week in advance (minimum of two days prior).
- Non-perishable orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless already shipped.
- Baked goods can be cancelled up to three days before pickup.
- Once preparation begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Privacy Policy
We only use the personal information you share to process your order and communicate updates about your purchase. Your details are never sold or shared.
Terms of Use
By placing an order, you acknowledge that our goods are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients. Results from herbal and apothecary products may vary; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Gift Options
- Sending a gift? Include a note at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a gift tag.
- Pricing information is never included with gift orders.
